Four years ago I developed issues with my back and my physiotherapist recommended starting Pilates to support my recovery. After trying lots of different classes, I was recommended to Celine's Barre Pilates class. I loved my first class and have attended ever since! Celine has a positive, enthusiastic manner and creates a relaxed atmosphere which I look forward to every week. My whole body has become more flexible and I leave every class feeling relaxed both physically and emotionally. I would wholeheartedly recommend Celine's class to anyone.

I love my classes with Celine. She guides us & reminds us that it is our practice; we are all different. We are a diverse range of ages and yet there is no judgement & no competition. The poses are different from week to week so you always feel like you are treating your body to a complete muscle workout. Best of all I come away feeling completely relaxed and calm.

I first joined Celine's Pilates class in 2014. I was extremely unfit, having done minimal exercise for some time and was understandably apprehensive about joining a new class. I needn't have worried as Celine made me feel very welcome. Within a short period of time, my body shape changed and I felt fitter, stronger and more flexible and was so pleased that I made that first difficult step to join the class. I so look forward to my weekly yoga with Celine. Her friendly and welcoming style of teaching sets me up for the day with a range of movement, poses and relaxation. As an older lady I really wanted to keep my joints and muscles flexible for as long as possible and Celine's class is great for this. We can all work at our own pace with great guidance from Celine.

I have tried quite a few classes but Pilates with Celine has been the one that has really helped my lower back pain. Its a great workout for my core but is relaxing too. The teacher is amazing and will always tailor the lesson to each individual and come round the class to see how everyone is doing. I couldn't rate it enough.

Celine’s Pilates sessions always have a feel good factor! She is full of praise and encouragement, emphasising that we should be careful to do what feels right for our body, but also setting challenges. Celine has built up a real community feel with her classes. We all feel that we are among friends, even when the sessions have had to go on Zoom. As well as her completely professional approach, Celine also has a wonderful sense of humour which is very much appreciated.

I'm a relatively new member to this group but have attended Pilates groups in the past. The class is extremely relaxed, the exercise workout is very well balanced to ensure that all parts of the body are gently stretched. Celine has a bright and positive personality and is attentive to the varying abilities and needs of the group. I am really enjoying the exercise, atmosphere and ambience of the class, which directly reflects Celines' input, expertise and personality. I feel fortunate to be a member of the group.
