This Zumba dance fitness class is suitable for all levels of fitness. Zumba is a fantastic dance-inspired fitness workout that helps you to keep fit, burn calories, improve carviovascular health and stay active. I have been teaching Zumba for over 10 years and absolutely love the music, dance moves and energy it gives me. Zumba is a great way to start the week and release those happy hormones!
