Barre Pilates is a dynamic fusion of ballet moves, Pilates, and functional strength training. Using the support of a ballet barre (or sometimes a chair), you’ll move through small, controlled movements, pulses, stretches, and balances that challenge your core, improve posture, and build long, lean muscles. The class also incorporates the use of small hand weights, resistance bands and Pilates matwork expercises to give you a full body workout to music. It is great fun and a fabulous way to start the week! All students are required to complete a Medical Questionnaire before taking part to ensure that it is suitable for you. Pilates is an excellent choice for people with varying levels of fitness and provides amazing results.
